1. Profile Suspension

1.1. The Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate the profile of any user, regardless of whether they have a paid membership plan, in case of violation of any rules established in this agreement or for justifiable reasons. In cases of serious violations, illegal actions, or repeated violations of these Terms, the Site may terminate the user's account without prior notice.

1.2. All content published by users, including but not limited to news, bulletins, audio, videos, and images, is the sole responsibility of its authors and does not represent, in any way, the opinion of the site. As a technical and professional platform, we reserve the right to remove, at any time and without prior notice, any content that presents political bias, offensive language, or violates applicable laws or regulations. In the case of repeated offenses, the user may be permanently suspended without prior notification, even if they are a subscriber to the platform. In such circumstances, no paid amount will be refunded.

2. Profile Name

User profile names must belong to individuals and must not contain references to monetary values or other devices that deviate from this standard. Nicknames and stage names are allowed.

3. Audio and Video Quality

Users are responsible for ensuring that the audio and video quality on their profiles are as high as possible. In case of low quality, the Site will notify the user and may suspend the audio sample and even the profile if the issue is not corrected.

4. User Content

4.1. Users are solely responsible for all content they post or share on the Site, including audios, videos, texts, and any other types of media.

4.2. Posting copyrighted content or any illegal content that violates the rights of third parties is not allowed.

4.3. Each user is responsible for their content and will be held liable for the misuse of third-party works or for content involving hate speech, attacks, slander, and/or defamation.

4.4. The Site reserves the right to remove or disable any content that violates these Terms or the Site's policies.

5. Proper Conduct

5.1. Users must behave courteously, respectfully, and ethically when interacting with other members of the Site community.

5.2. Harassment, threats, defamation, or any form of harm to other users is not permitted.

6. Reputation Protection

The Site reserves the right to suspend or remove a user from the site if we identify that they are deliberately harming the platform's reputation in groups, social networks, or other public channels. Suspension or removal will occur after careful analysis of the content and consideration of the seriousness of the situation. The user will be notified and will have the opportunity to provide clarification before any action is taken.

8. Account Security

8.1. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. Do not share your login credentials with third parties.

8.2. In case of suspected unauthorized access to your account, it is important to immediately notify the Site.

9. Fraud Verification

The Site reserves the right to verify any profile for fraudulent activities. In case of fraud verification by a certain profile, it may be deleted and blocked for future registrations.

10. Credit Card Payments

In case of chargebacks made by the credit card issuer regarding subscription payments via credit card, the Site reserves the right to fully suspend the user's profile until the situation is resolved.

11. Refund Policy

The user acknowledges and agrees that they have the right to request a refund of the subscription payment only within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of subscription acquisition. After this period, no refund, total or partial, will be granted.
The customer support team will strive to resolve any issues or concerns within this period. However, after the 7 days, the company reserves the right to refuse any refund requests.
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the decision to keep the subscription is made within the established period. Any questions or disputes related to this policy can be referred to our customer support for evaluation.

12. Indefinite Suspension of New Subscriptions after Refund/Chargeback

By requesting a refund for any subscription on the Site, the user agrees that, if the refund is approved, they will be temporarily unable to make new subscriptions, even if they create a new account or profile associated with the same individual or legal entity. This restriction will remain in effect indefinitely, or until new specific rules for similar cases are established by the team responsible for managing terms of use and policies of the company. The same condition applies to chargebacks coming directly from the credit card issuer or payment intermediary without prior communication of the reason.
We reserve the right to evaluate each case individually. This measure aims to protect the integrity of the refund system and ensure a fair experience for all users.

13. Posthumous Memory Profiles

Profiles of deceased individuals may be kept on the Site as posthumous memory, unless there is a request for suspension by a direct relative, such as a parent, spouse, or children.

14. Changes to Terms of Use

The Site reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review these Terms to be aware of updates.
